The birth of Kellie Dawn Pickler on the 28th of June, 1986. Pickler had a troublesome childhood. As a toddler, her mother fled an abusive relationship. Pickler was brought back to her mom in the year 1995 after she took over custody. But it wasn't the best experience. So when she was 12 the court gave back Pickler to her grandparents - who raised her to adulthood. Pickler, in the absence her parents and older siblings, became too busy to become a mom. She confessed that, in absence of her parents, Pickler's schedule was so busy that she could not take classes. In the meantime, she began to teach herself how to take care of her family earlier in age. Pickler took part in cheerleading teams at both her middle and high school.
