Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. He is the director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is, besides being a pastor, is enthusiastic about educating the next generation. He serves as a member on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He is the author of many online pieces and is a co-author in Christ Centered Biblical Counseling, Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne's wife Leslie has three kids.
